La pasta debe ser tirando a seca para poder hacer los moldes mejor.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Dejar que leude mientras preparamos los ingredientes y condimentamos el relleno.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Para el relleno:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Carne de cerdo cruda cortada en trocitos, guisantes, cebolla cortada a trocitos. Poner sal al gusto, aceite, pimentón colorado y pimienta negra molida.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;*Por estas fechas se hacen las empanadas con carne de pierna de cordero&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se suelen hacer el Viernes Santo. Las apartamos del fuego cuando empieza a tomar color.&lt;br /&gt;Cortamos las partes tiernas de los espárragos en trozos de 1 cm. Los sofreimos&lt;br /&gt;Cortamos la cebolla en trocitos pequeños, la podemos sofreir con los espárragos, o ponerla cuando añadimos los huevos.&lt;br /&gt;Juntamos todo patatas, espárragos, la cebolla y los huevos. Aparte se baten los huevos ,se añade el azúcar ,se sigue batiendo, después se le añade la manteca un poco de harina y la bola fermentada ,manteca , más harina y un poco de agua ,se amasa todo muy bien ,se pone dentro de un bol grande se tapa con un paño y se deja unas 8 o 9 horas fermentando ,después se cortan y se hacen cocas pequeñas , se vuelva a dejar aumentar de volumen y se cuecen durante unos 30 mntos. Espero os gusten ,estas son las cocas de Nadal ,típicas de aquí. Son un poco engorrosas de tiempo pero están muy buenas. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;La foto es de las que de patata.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;También se le pueden poner semillas de anís.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Las de Navidad son grandes del tamaño de un plato mediano. CURSOR: hand; HEIGHT: 174px" alt="" src="http://2.bp.blogspot.com/_U6cYvKwuQcU/StIfX2aS5zI/AAAAAAAAAIE/qyyJy4UAqeQ/s400/Pa-amb-oli.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes.&lt;br /&gt;Una rebanada de pan de 1/2 cm.&lt;br /&gt;1 Tomate maduro.&lt;br /&gt;1 chorrito de aceite de oliva.&lt;br /&gt;una pizca de sal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Preparación.&lt;br /&gt;Repartir la sal, restregar el tomate estrujando a fin de que quede el pan bien empapado con el tomate. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Preparación&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cortamos:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;8 mejillones en trocitos para mezclar con el puré&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;También cortaremos el surimi.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ponemos al fuego suave el caldo de los mejillones el agua y la leche. Al empezar a hervir añadimos los mejillones y parte de surimi para que de todo sabor al caldo. &lt;b&gt;No pondremos sal ya tiene sal el caldo&lt;/b&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Hacemos el puré añadiremos más líquido si sale demasiado espeso, o más puré si nos gusta más espeso. Lo apartamos del fuego.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt; &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Ensalada:&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;Cortamos la lechuga a trocitos pequeños y la col también. Cuando empiece a hervir poner la carne unos 15 minutos o menos depende de la carne. Añadir la col, cuando vuelva a empezar a hervir añadir las patatas. Dejarlas hervir a fuego mínimo durante unos 10-15 minutos. Quitar los posibles restos que aún quedan y limpiarlos con sal, agua y vinagre. Dajarlos un ratito, luego quitarles el agua. Cortarlos a trocitos y freir primero las mollejas, con unos ajos cortados a tiras. Añadir un ajo picado y perejil darle una vuelta y añadir el agua o caldo. Apartar los mejillones para que no pierdan  sabor.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Dejar que cueza unos 15 minutos a fuego medio. Pasado este tiempo poner los mejillones, el arroz y remover un poco el arroz, no volverlo a remover más.&lt;br /&gt;Añadir los langostinos, la rodaja de limón, dejar que cueza a fuego fuerte.&lt;br /&gt;Si se quiere con el fondo doradito seguir un poquito más con fuego fuerte, teniendo cuidado que no se queme en exceso.&lt;br /&gt;De vez en cuando menear la olla para que el caldo se distribuya. Seguir así hasta que se ha puesto toda.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Salsa:&lt;br /&gt;majar el ajo, mezclar la mejorana, el aji o pimentón, el aceite y el vinagre y una pizca de sal.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se puede comer al momento o ir comiendo a los días siguientes. Cuando coja color añadimos los caracoles y las setas ponemos tomate si le falta.&lt;br /&gt;Le ponemos sal, el pimentón. Dejamos que poche unos minutos.&lt;br /&gt;Le ponemos el agua y dejamos que vayan mezclándose los sabores durante unos 10 minutos.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Luego ponemos el arroz y que se haga a fuego fuerte, le ponemos el colorante sabor paella. Eso quiere decir que no ha sido polinizado por algún insecto con otro tipo de polén. Es más seguro que sea el melón, melón y no pepino o calabaza.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;2. Sin golpes.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;3. Con la mancha del sol dorada, no quemada.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;4. Si tiene buen olfato notar si huele bien y no de aguardiente. Poner en agua y una cucharadita de sal para quitar el amargor, durante 15-30 minutos después para freir escurrir el agua.&lt;br /&gt;1 pimiento cortado a tiras largas o cortas como guste.&lt;br /&gt;200 gramos de salsa de tomate. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;aceite para freir&lt;br /&gt;1 poco de sal&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;opcional acompañar de pescado frito o carne.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Se frien las patatas y cuando están un poco doraditas se sacan y se ponen en una bandeja. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se frie la berenjena y se pone encima de las patatas formando capas.&lt;br /&gt;Se frie el pimiento y se pone encima.&lt;br /&gt;Se frie la salsa de tomate.&lt;br /&gt;Una vez que tenemos todas las capas podemos formar más según la cantidad y los que seamos.&lt;br /&gt;Se puede poner por encima pescado frito según preferencias.&lt;/div&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;div&gt;Se puede poner la sal antes de freir, mientras, o después según preferencias.
